Hi, I’m Mollie.

I got into food styling just after I got out of restaurants. I knew I loved food and didn’t want to leave the kitchen, but I wanted something different than the grind of professional cooking.

Now I use that cooking experience to inform my styling - I know what’s delicious, so I know what good food looks like. I know a good sear, a good drip, ooey-gooey cheese, a perfect crust or crunch.

When I develop recipes, I get to put together all the pieces: flavor, level of complexity, visual appeal, and creativity. Recipe development keeps me honest when I am operating in a visual world of packaging and commercials.

I am based in Chicago and happy to travel.
